Sebuah restoran Pizza membutuhkan salah satu bahan utama yaitu bubur keju. untuk membuat kebijakan pemesanan restoran tersebut telah meiedntifikasi biaya-biaya yang terkait antara lain:
@ Harga bubur keju per/kg Rp. 12.000.-
@ Biaya simpan per/kg pertahun 25% harga beli
@ Biaya pesan beberapa penjumlahan pesanan Rp. 500.000 per satu kali pesan
@ Lt Time 4 hari
diperkirakan pada waktu mendatang permintaa keju adalah 1600 kg per minggu
note:
1 tahun 52 minggu
1 tahun 365 hari

jika perusahaan tidak menggunakan EOQ Hitunglah;
1. Berapa Pensanan pertahun ?
2. Berapa Pesanan harian?
3. Berapakah kebutuhan minimal?
4. Rata-rata persediaan?
5. Total biaya simpan?
6. Berapa kali banyak pesanan?
7. Berapa total biaya pesan?
8. Berapa biaya beli?
9. Berapa total biaya variabel?
10. Berapa biaya total?

JAWABANNYAAAAAA.......

1. Pesanan 1 thn

D = 1600 X 52 = 83.200 Kg/tahun

2. Pesanan per bulan

d = 83.200 : 365 = 228

3. kebuthan min

Q = d.l = 228 4 = 912

4. Rata-rata persediaan

Q/2= 912:2

5. Biaya simpan

Q/2.I.C = 912/2 x 25% x 1200 = 1.386.000

6. Banyaknya pesanan

D/Q = 8323.000/912 = 91.22 kali pesan

7. Biaya pesan

D/Q . So = 91.22 x 500.000 = 45.610.000

8. Biaya beli

D.C = 83.200 x 12.000 = 998.400.000

9. Total biaya varibel

45.610.000 + 1.386.000 = 46.996.000

10. Biaya total

999.400.00 + 46.996.000 = 1.045.396.000

jika perusahaan mengunakan kebijakan EOQ hitunglah;

Q = √2 x D x S

Q = √2 x 83.200 x 500.000 = 5266,2

   25% x 12.000

2. Biaya Pesan;

D/Q . So = 83.200 x 500.000 = 7.899.734

3. Biaya Simpan ;

D/2 x I x C = 5266 . 25% . 12.000 = 7.899.000

4. Biaya Variabel;

D/Q.So + Q/2.I.C = 7.899.734 + 7.899.000

                             = 15.798.734

5. Biaya Total;

998.400.000 + 15.798.734 = 1.0014.734

The historical events that led to the birth of industrial engineering provide significant insights
into many of the principles that dominated its practice and development throughout the first
half of the twentieth century.While these principles continue to impact the profession, many
other conceptual and technological developments that currently shape and continue to mold
the practice of the profession originated in the second half of the twentieth century. The
objective of this chapter is to briefly summarize major events that have contributed to the
birth and evolution of industrial engineering and assist in identifying common elements that
continue to impact the purpose and objectives of the profession.
